Our Program

A holistic transitional housing and life-skills program for transition-age youth.

Stable Futures provides a supportive, structured environment for young people aging out of foster care who are at risk of housing instability. Our program combines safe housing with individualized case management and practical life-skills education to support long-term independence.

Our program serves transition-age youth ages 18-24 who are aging out of foster care and need stable housing and supportive services as they transition into adulthood. Participants may be pursuing education, employment, or other personal goals and benefit from structured support during this critical stage of life.
